Defensive lineman Amare Barno led Butler with nine tackles in a hard-fought 19-14 loss to No. 3 Iowa Western on Saturday. One of those tackles was for a loss.
Bethany Reeves, Women's Soccer
Bethany Reeves recorded her 11th and 12th shutouts of the season as the Grizzlies marched to the NJCAA Plains District Championship in Cleburne, TX this past weekend. Reeves helped the Grizzlies to a 5-0 win over Rose State and a 2-0 victory #18 Hill College. Reeves recorded five saves on all five shots she faced. Her record in now 18-4-0 with a 0.82 GAA
