Fourteen Grizzly football players were named to the All-Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference list announced by the KJCCC office Tuesday afternoon.
The Grizzlies had two first team selections, three second team members and nine Honorable Mention players that made the Spring 2021 list while sophomore receiver Eddie Lewis was named the KJCCC 'Offensive Player of the Year.'

Offensive Player of the Year:
Eddie Lewis, sophomore transfer from New Monmouth, NJ was named 'Offensive Player of the Year' after a stellar season in the wide receiver position for the Grizzlies. Lewis finished second in the KJCCC in total receiving yards with 512-yards in just his six games played. He was 5th in the NJCAA in yards/game at 85.3. Lewis scored four touchdowns with a his longest of the season on a 78-yard catch and run for a score. Lewis averaged 22.3 yards per catch and finished with 23 total receptions. Lewis caught for 100+ yards in three of his six games with a season high 173 yards coming against the No. 1 Blue Dragons. Lewis was also named to the First team All-KJCCC list.

Nine of the Grizzlies 14 players that received post season honors hail from the state of Kansas which matches the same number of All-Conference players that were recognized from Kansas last season. Butler produced more Kansas All-Conference players than all the other seven schools combined as just one other Kansas graduate was on the All-Conference list (Independence).
