The Butler track & field teams had a good outing Saturday at the KT Woodman Classic hosted by Wichita State University competing against a handful of NCAA Div. I & II schools.
Linesha Thompson (100m), Zadie St. Louis (800m) and the men's 4x100 meter relay team (Jerod Elcock, Caleb Jackson, Dylan Swain, Dakari Carter) won their events and Butler had a number of top 10 finishers during the meet.
"It was a good meet for us," said head coach Dustin Mettler. "We are continually getting better and better, and we want to be peaking at the end of the season when we get to Regionals and the National meet."
