Weather has forced changes to all three Butler sports teams in season, including the Region VI softball tournament that was scheduled to start at East Park today.
SOFTBALL
The regional tournament wil now be held Tuesday through Thursday at East Park. Butler will be scheduled to play its first game at 11 a.m. on Wednesday morning. The championship game will now be scheduled for Thursday at 2 p.m.
TRACK AND FIELD
The rain extends west to Garden City and has forced a changing of the schedule. The only events that will be completed today will be the 4x800 relay and the 10,000 meter run. Prelims and finals will be held Saturday.
BASEBALL
Butler plays its final home games of the season this weekend. At this time, the only change has been to move the start of Saturday's doubleheader vs Cloud County back one hour to 2 p.m. It is possible the series could be moved back one day.
