Freshman Morgan Foster posted a hat trick for the Butler soccer team as as the Grizzlies handled Hesston in a 7-0 non-conference victory on Friday at the Butler soccer field.

Foster was one of several regular starters to sit for the first 75 minutes of the game. When she entered though, she scored three quick goals for the Grizzlies.

Butler also got goals from Alyssia Salinas, Alyssa Miller, JeeHye Yi and Hannah Palomo with assists from Palomo, Salinas, Miller, Casie Greenlee and Lamya Scott.

Butler took 23 shots during the game against Hesston and had 11 corner kicks. Butler keeper Aisling Dyer had to make just one save in the game on the way to posting a second straight shutout.

The Grizzlies up their record to 14-2 seasonal and remain 9-0 in conference. Butler will face Barton County at the BG Products Veterans Sports Complex on Sunday at 7:30 pm. in a game that will have an impact on the upper half of th conference standings.
