The Butler Community College track and field teams added more national qualifiers when they competed at the KU Relays over the weekend.   

Juliette Gourdet got the meet started by qualifying for the NJCAA Championships in the 800 Meters. She ran a time of 2:21.34. Other new qualifiers were Cesar Sanabria and Joseph Metcalf both of them qualifying in the 10,000 Meters. 

The only relay team to get qualified was the men's 4 x 100. The team of Shauron Jennings, Jamelle Ardis, Cameron Hampton and Lonell Watkins came across the line in a time of 42.06.

The team also had many improved national qualifying marks.
