Arndt named conference Special Teams Player of the Week

Coming off one of his biggest games of his career, Carson Arndt was named KJCCC Special Teams Player of the Week.

Arndt, a 5-11 freshman kicker from Wichita, KS, scored 12 of the Grizzlies 86 points Saturday in the win over McDougle Technical Institute. Arndt was a perfect 12 for 12 on extra point attempts in the game. Arndt also had 13 kickoffs for a total of 675 yards, an average of 52 yards per kickoff. Arndt is 32 of 35 this season on extra points. 

This is Ardnt's first time to be selected as Player of the Week and the second time a Grizzly has been recognized this season with player of the week honors.
