CHANUTE, Kan. – With six players scoring in double figures, the Butler men rolled to a 114-77 road victory over Neosho County on Saturday.

Johnnathan Lindsey led the Grizzlies (16-12 overall, 13-12 conference) with 18 points, while Antferene Adams had a career-high 17 points in the win. LaJuan Hardy (14), LaDarrian Burney (12), Tevin Berry (11) and Will Adler (10) also scored in double digits.

Butler never trailed in the contest and led by as many as 43 midway through the second half.

The Grizzlies jumped out to a early 9-4 lead behind three-pointers from Will Adler, Johnnathan Lindsey and Jacolby Harris. LaJuan Hardy hit consecutive treys during a Butler 11-1 run to give the Grizzlies a 31-12 lead with 10:55 left in the half.

Butler's biggest lead of the opening half came on a Lindsey field goal with 5:01 left, putting the Grizzlies up 44-21.

Leading 58-38 at half, the Grizzlies opened the second half on an 11-0 run, with Adams scoring three straight field goals and adding two free throws.

LaDarrian Burney's field goal at the 7:27 mark put Butler up 99-56. Just over a minute later, Lindsey hit two charity shots to push the Grizzlies over the 100-point mark for the sixth time this season.

Butler shot 55.4 percent (36 of 65) from the field and hit 48.3 (14 of 29) from beyond the arc. The Grizzlies also were solid from the foul line, making 28 of 36 (77 percent). Butler won the rebounding margin 39-27, with Semaj Hervey pulling down nine boards.

Butler will finish out the regular season with a 7:30 p.m. home contest on Monday against Colby. The Grizzlies sit alone in sixth place in the Jayhawk Conference standings, one game back of Coffeyville and one game ahead of both Cowley and Garden City.
