For the second time in the last three weeks, Maddie Redman, sophomore pitcher out of Blue Valley Southwest high school, was named the KJCCC Div. I Pitcher of the Week. 

Redman remained perfect in the circle for the No. 3-ranked Grizzlies as she improved to 13-0 on the season throwing eight innings of three hit softball last week. She pitched a perfect three innings in game one throwing five strikeouts and pitched a no run five innings in game two allowing just three hits while striking out eight. Redman has struck out 72 batters on the season while walking just four. (stats mentioned above were prior to Monday's games at Garden City)

This is Redman's second time this season to claim the prestigious honor of Pitcher of the week and the ninth time a Grizzly softball player has been selected for KJCCC honors.
