Wichita native Jaila Harding was Mike Helmer's lone recipient of All Conference honors this past season. The 5-8 freshman from Southeast High school, played in all 31 games and started in 29 of them, playing 27.5 minutes per game. She reached double figures in 10 games this season, her highest points total coming with 17 points three times against Pratt, Cowley, and Colby, respectively, as she averaged 8.3 points per game, third on the team. Her 40.3% from the field was good enough for 24th in the Jayhawk Conference, and she was 14th in the conference in assist to turnover ratio, averaging 1.2 assists for every turnover.
