Before Butler:  Jordan played at Circle High School, in Towanda, Kan., under Coach Jean Gibbs. She played for the club team, the Renegades 18 Gold, under Coach Steve Rorebeck. Her high school batting average was .625. She played as shortstop and centerfield at Circle. She lettered twice, was the 2011 Ark Valley Chisolm Trail Division IV Outfielder and the 2012 Division IV Second Team Outfielder.
