Before Butler: she played at Washburn Rural High School, in Topeka Kan., for Coach Kevin Bordewick.  She lettered in volleyball two years and was a part of two state championship teams.

Personal: she is the daughter of John and Sharlitta and has an older sister, Brianne.  While at Butler she is an undecided major.
