Butler Volleyball announces 2020 signing class, all six Kansas recruits

Head coach Lisa Lechtenberg has announced the 2020-2021 signing class that will begin their careers as Grizzlies next fall. This upcoming season will be the first full team made up of coach Lechtenberg's recruits and signees.

"We are super excited about our 2020 signees," said head coach Lechtenberg. "With the competitiveness each of these young ladies possesses we know this class will help take Butler volleyball and this program to another level in the gym."

Three of the six signees are Butler County natives with the two coming from Wichita and one from Hutchinson.

"One of our top recruiting goals is to get the best volleyball player(s) in Kansas," said Lechtenberg. "We look out of state and out of country but feel we have local athletes that can successfully compete at this level. There are a lot of good volleyball players in our backyard and we want them at Butler."
