Grizzlies Come Away With 4 1st Place Finishes at ESU Relays

The Grizzlies saw four first place finishes as well as five student-athletes finish with top-five NJCAA outdoor times this season.
They return to action on April 4th for Friends' Spring Open.
Men's Results
Andre Morrison posted the new NJCAA top time this season in the 100m, running 10.17 to win the meet and set a new meet record. Morrison also placed second in the 200m (21.02), the eighth best NJCAA time this season.
Nasia Lee placed first in the 110m hurdles (14.02), the third best NJCAA outdoor time.
Devian King won the 200m running 20.88 for the fourth best time in the NJCAA.
Deshon Jackson was fourth in the high jump, clearing 1.99m.
The men's 4x400m relay (Vu, Morrison, King, Farinha) placed second (40.68).
Other notable finishes:
Jonathan Farinha fifth in the 100m (10.45).
Devian King seventh in the 100m (10.46).
Eddy Vu ninth in the 100m (10.50).
Marte Hailey ninth in the 800m (1:57.45).
Eddy Vu sixth in the 200m (21.53) New NJCAA #16.
Women's Results
Kayveonna Jackson took first in the women's 100 meter (11.83) for the new fourth best time in the NJCAA.
Star Mpama came in third in the women's 800m (2:16.24).
Keniya Dexter came in ninth in the 800m (2:20.09), the new NJCAA #15.
Brooklyn Gowdy-Williams came in seventh in the 400m hurdles (1:09.11), the new NJCAA #14.
Alison Unruh was ninth in the 5000m (18:53.68), the new NJCAA #9.
