Softball Remains Ranked 14th in NJCAA Division 1

EL DORADO, Kan. – Butler softball is ranked 14th in the NJCAA Division 1 Softball Week 2 Rankings.

Butler (6-0) has been ranked 14th in all three polls this season after having played just six games through the three weeks.

The Grizzlies are the lone KJCCC team in the top-25 after Hutchinson dropped out this week. Butler is 1-0 over currently ranked teams as they defeated No. 16 Paris 14-12 on Feb. 15th in Denison, Texas.

The Grizzlies have been ranked in the NJCAA top-20 in every poll dating back to April 22, 2015.

Play resumes on Thursday as the Grizzlies travel to Fun Valley Sports Complex to take on the Hutchinson Blue Dragons with first pitch at 2 p.m. in Butler's conference opener.
