"Junior Galvan has proven to be a tireless recruiter and an up-and-coming young college coach.  He has a passion for learning and shares this program's love for the beautiful game," explains Head Coach Adam Hunter.

In addition to Butler, Galvan serves as a club coach for Kansas Rush Wichita and is the Head Coach at Circle High School for the girls and boys teams.

Prior to taking on the head coaching role at Circle, Galvan served as an assistant coach for the Lady T-Birds for a season, achieving a quarterfinal berth in the state tournament, winning a regional championship, and going undefeated in the league division 17-0. The team broke multiple records for most goals scored and the fewest goals conceded in a season.

Galvan played collegiately at all levels of the college game. Two years at Allen Community College, before receiving a scholarship to Newman University where he gained NCAA experience, finally ending his playing career in the NAIA at Friends University under Coach Joseph Dincceco, who is now at the University of New Hampshire.

Galvan has completed USSF National D License.

Galvan currently holds an associate degree from Allen Community College and a bachelor’s degree in general studies with a concentration in business administration from Friends University.
