One of the nation’s most successful programs now has a home befitting its tradition of excellence.

The Butler Grizzlies, six-time NJCAA national champions, began the 2010 season in their new day-to-day home known as the Ramon and Betty Criss Football Complex.

Located inside the Hubbard Champions Training Center on the Butler of El Dorado campus, the complex features spacious coaches’ offices, state-of-the-art team meeting rooms, a luxurious locker room, space-saving equipment storage area, medical training room and the crown jewel of the project – a reception/trophy room that holds hundreds of trophies representing Butler’s football successes.

Each room in the complex is outfitted with flat-panel televisions, while team meeting rooms and coaches offices have the latest in technology to help the team prepare for upcoming opponents. The complex will also pay tribute to Butler greats of the past, with displays that feature All-Americans, hundreds of Grizzlies who transferred to Division I programs and the nearly 40 former Grizzlies who have appeared in the National Football League.
