Following a win over Coffeyville on the road early in the season, head coach Kyle Fisher had this to say about Stillwell. "I wouldn't trade him for anyone in the world. "If there's anyone that plays harder in the nation, I'd like to watch them. He's all about winning, all about his team, and competes at the highest level every day."

McClennahan Jr. registered a big second season donning the purple and white. As a freshman, McClennahan averaged 2.3 points per game and 1.3 rebounds per game, finding himself in and out of the playing rotation throughout the year. As a sophomore, McClennahan was the team's second leading scorer and rebounder, averaging 11.4 points and 6.8 rebounds per game.
