The Grizzlies have been ranked in all 10 regular season polls throughout the season with the No. 18 ranking being their lowest positioning after No. 15 a week ago was the previous lowest.
Butler was 1-1 last week defeating Seward 60-53 and falling to Dodge City 87-68 with both games taking place at home.
The Grizzlies are one of four Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference schools that are ranked joining Cowley (9th), Coffeyville (10th) and Barton (22nd). Butler has played five currently ranked squads and is 3-2 with wins over No. 22 Barton, No. 3 Indian Hills and No. 25 NEO A&M and losses to No. 9 Cowley and No. 10 Coffeyville.
Game action resumes on Wednesday as Butler travels to Great Bend for a bout with the Barton Cougars at 7:30 p.m.
