LAST TIME OUT
Butler lost its second straight game, falling 77-51 to Garden City at Conestoga Arena on Saturday afternoon. Butler (11-4, 6-4 KJCCC) scored the first points of the game on a layup from freshman guard Ashley Singhateh but Garden City (6-6, 5-4) hit a three on the following possession and never trailed again in the game. The Grizzlies turned the ball over a season-high 31 times with the Broncbusters more than doubling Butler up in points off turnovers, 32-15. Garden City made 11 three's and got 26 bench points as four players scored in double figures. The Broncbuster lead swelled to as much as 31 in the fourth quarter. Singhateh led Butler scoring 21 points, tying a season-high. She also added a team-high five rebounds. No other Grizzly scored in double figures.
