Grizzlies Re-Enter NJCAA Top-25
Women's Basketball Ranked for 1st Time in 11 Weeks
EL DORADO, Kan. – Butler women's basketball has re-entered the NJCAA Division 1 Women's Basketball top-25 in the final regular season rankings of the 2024-25 season.

Butler (22-6, 17-6) finds itself ranked for the first time in 11 weeks as the last time they were in the top-25 was the week three poll when the Grizzlies were 25th. Butler was also ranked in week two (24th).
The Grizzlies have won two consecutive games and are 8-2 in their last 10. Last week they earned a 76-57 home win over Garden City and a 76-57 win over Cloud County.
Butler is one of four ranked Jayhawk Conference schools with Dodge City (No. 7), Hutchinson (No. 9) and Coffeyville (23-5) being the other three.
The regular season wraps up for Butler on Wednesday as they host the Cowley Tigers at 5:30 p.m. at the Power Plant. Both teams are still competing for postseason seeding with the Grizzlies already having secured a bye in the first round of the Region 6 Tournament.
