Arndt named Special Teams Player of the Week for second straight week

For the second week in a row, Carson Arndt was named Jayhawk Conference Special Teams Player of the week.

Carson Arndt, freshman kicker from Wichita, KS, scored 13 of the Grizzlies 73 points Saturday night as Butler soared to a 73-3 win over Fort Scott. Arndt scored the first points of the game on a 33-yard field goal early in the first quarter and then proceeded to drill 10-10 extra points. Arndt also had 12 kickoffs totaling 531 yards. Arndt is 22-22 on extra points in the last two games and is 42-45 on the season. 

This is the second straight week and Ardnt's second time to be selected as Special Teams Player of the Week and the third time a Grizzly has been recognized this season with player of the week honors.
