The Men's Indoor Track & Field team slide up three spots to No. 8 in this week's United States Track & Field and Cross-Country Coaches Association National Poll.
This is the Grizzlies highest ranking this season and it comes after a big final regular season indoor meet last weekend in Pittsburg.
Butler added three more events to their long list of national qualifying events last weekend adding the Distance Medley Relay, 4x800m Relay and the 3000m run.
Barton (3), Coffeyville (4) and Cloud (5) are the three KJCCC school ahead of the Grizzlies in the rankings.
The Grizzlies hold NJCAA top 10 times/marks in six events with nine total Grizzlies in the top 10.

"I am proud of how the team has improved throughout the season," commented head coach Dustin Mettler. "They continue to get better and better and are performing at a high-level right now, which is great as the Region championships are this weekend."
Butler will compete in the Region VI Indoor Track & Field Championships this Friday and Saturday, February 21-22 in Pittsburg, KS.
