Bryce Zimmerer, sophomore left fielder from Creighton, NE, picked up his first KJCCC Player of the Week honor this season as he had a big series at the plate against Dodge City posting some solid numbers. Zimmerer helped the Grizzlies to the four-game series sweep over Dodge City last week batting .588 on the week. Zimmerer scored 10 runs and drove in seven on the week hitting three extra base hits with a double, triple and a homerun. Zimmerer was also a threat on the base path as he stole six bags last week and has 15 on the season.
