For the second time this season, Grizzies pitcher Emma Koeneke has been named the Jayhawk Conference Pitcher of the Week.

Koeneke, freshman pitcher from Platte City, MO, picked up two wins this past week one in a start and another win coming in relief for the first time all season. Koeneke pitched a total of 9.0 innings this past week allowing just one earned run, two total, off seven hits. She walked two and struck out nine on the week. She just surpassed 100 strikeouts on the season now at 101 and holds a 1.07 ERA with a 15-1 overall record.

The Grizzlies have now had a player earn Player/Pitcher of the Week the last six consecutive weeks.
