Butler Women's Basketball Assistant Coach Abby Fawcett is one of four finalists for the World Exposure Report Women's Assistant Coach of the Year. World Exposure Report is a leading women's basketball news and recruiting site.

She is joined with assistant coaches Kamyrn Lemon of South Plains, Lindsay Walters of Eastern Florida State, and Jashae Lee of Trinity Valley.

Fawcett is in her eleventh season as assistant coach for Butler Women's Basketball and currently holds a 211-49 record as the Grizzlies head to the Region VI semi-final game Friday. Since her hire in 2011, the Grizzlies have not had a losing record. In her 11 seasons, Fawcett has helped guide the Grizzlies to four national tournament appearances, including four KJCCC Regular Season Titles, and two Region VI Championships.

The 2023 NJCAA Division I World Exposure's Women's College Assistant Coach of the Year will be announced on March 21st.
