Success can be measured in a number of different ways when it comes to collegiate sports. In the case of the Butler women's soccer program, success can easily be seen in the development of their players and providing them with opportunities at the next level.

In the words of thirteen-year head coach Adam Hunter "Butler Soccer takes great pride in helping our student-athletes reach their academic and athletic goals."

Nine women's soccer players have made the decision to extend their college playing career beyond Butler at programs that range from NCAA DI, DII and NAIA. Seven of the eight sophomores on roster and two freshmen have signed and will be transferring onto four-year universities to continue their academic and athletic careers.

"We are honored to have had a chapter or two in the lives of our graduating class of 2020," commented Hunter. 

The graduating class of 2020 will always have a mark in our program, as they were part of a group of players who returned Butler Soccer to the 2018 NJCAA National Tournament after an absence in 2017.  After the program had been to six consecutive national tournaments (2011-2016), we missed out in 2017. The question we all had in our mind was, "How long will it take us to get back to that level?"  Our 2018 team answered the question and immediately returned the program back to a national championship contender, winning the program's 11^th KJCCC Championship along the way.
