Kenzee Godwin named KJCCC Div. I Soccer Player of the Week

After a perfect week winning both of their games, Kenzee Godwin of the Butler soccer team has been recognized as this week's KJCCC Div. I Women's Soccer Player of the Week.

Godwin, a 5-3 freshman from McPherson, KS, found her stride this past week as she recorded 3 goals and 3 assists in the Grizzlies' two victories. Godwin scored a goal and added two assists in Butler's 10-0 on the road at Neosho County. Godwin followed that up with two goals and an assist in an 8-0 over Dodge City on Saturday. Godwin had the game winning goal in the 12^th minute against the Conquistadors. Godwin's season totals are now three goals and four assists for ten points, good for fourth on the team.
