Before Butler: she played for Andale High School, in Andale Kan., for Coach Janelle Birkner.  She lettered in cheer twice and volleyball three years.  She was first team all-league her senior year.

Personal: she is the daughter of Craig and Patty Schwarz and has four older siblings, three sisters and one brother.  While at Butler she plans to major in psychology.
